Generational Trauma: this is a recurrent theme that lots of people ask to heal: as they inherited traumas, or lived under certain circumstances and event that could have created traumas passed by their own family, including when the person is adopted, they inherited from their mother’s womb. Not forgetting the people around you while you’re growing up, projecting their own traumas onto you. For this I often work on a rebirth, including a rebirth ritual, so they can cut their energetic umbilical cord and free themselves.
Past and Future Lives: we all had past lives, and because of that, we go in a cycle taking only our consciousness from one life to another, sometimes with unfinished business, unhealed traumas, connections with other people that we keep from one life to another. Preparing our next life is also important, as you’ll realise for example when someone dying ask you to help them passing.
Regression to a past life, as we often bring traumas or unfinished business from our past life, or you might just want to understand certain behaviours or even why specific people are in your now life.
Dealing with Spirits: some people feel their presence, or even see ghosts, so you want the encounter to go smooth. How to deal and help them? How to have a conversation with them?
Death rituals: rituals to prepare someone to die can be divided into 3 stages:
the 1st stage is preparing the person, making sure they don’t leave with unfinished business, traumas and that they’re ready.
The second stage is contacting with any of their ancestors, the one available and able to ease the passing and take the person’s last breath, by shutting the person’s heart in a gentle manner without suffering.
The 3rd stage is connecting yourself with the upper world to supervise and direct if needed their way into their new journey.
Frequency and Mind Control: much before science “discovered” a few decades ago that our minds work not with physical channels but with energetic circuits, shamanism already knew and was working with it to heal people, or to be able to change the frequency of one’s mind. Here we’ll talk about the perks of being able to change the frequency of your own mind, or how to re-wire your brain.
Shadow work: Shadow work is the energetic work of healing without the person, what I often refer to as backstage work. When I do healing sessions, they only take around 1:30h, but then knowing the person’s energy, I do a week of shadow work. This can be helpful as some people need help but they are energetic defended during the sessions, so we can work on them afterwards, or when they’re asleep for example.
Altered States of Consciousness with Plants: I use to say that no matter how intelligent you are, fungi are wiser than you. Shamanic old cultures have always had this healthy and wise relationship with some medicinal plants and fungi. Including the ones that can produce some altered states of consciousness, the so called hallucinogenic. So how to deal with these magic natural medicine? From Ayahuasca to san Pedro Cactus, the Iboga African roots or the most well known magic mushrooms/truffles (Psilocybin).
