Summer Solstice

It’s all about the sun. About soaking it in. About celebrating the light.

Get some oranges or tangerines and place them under the sun before you eat them.
Pick up some yellow/orange flowers and create your own mandala.
Dress in gold.

Prepare a meal with turmeric and curry and ginger…

Bring the sun into your life, being grateful for its warmth and light.

Get soaked by sunlight and dance.

Visualise in your heart chakra a golden diamond expanding light through all over yourself.
Feel the fire from your Sacral to your Solar Plexus. Let it warm the air on your chest expanding it to your wings, your arms and hands…

Walking barefoot is not only about releasing your energy; it is also about absorbing the Earth’s energy. Do the same with the sun: release and absorb.
Dance, naked in the darkness, and you’ll feel your own sun bringing light to the space.

Dance with grace or with madness, but dance with gratitude. Gratitude towards the sun; gratitude towards yourself.

Be the sun.
